Stay away from the following four….

The following four deeds bring misery to a person’s heart, so avoid them:

1) Complaining and being angry with what Allah has decreed.
2) Committing sins without repenting afterwards.
{ Say (to them), it is from yourselves (because of your evil deeds).}
Translation from the ayat: Katakanlah, “Itu dari (kesalahan) dirimu sendiri”. (Surah Ali Imran, ayat 165).
{It is because of what your hands have earned}
Translation from the ayat: Adalah kerana perbuatan tanganmu sendiri.
(Surah Asy-Syura, ayat 30).
3) Hating people for the blessings that Allah has bestowed upon them.
{Or do they envy men for what Allah has given them of His Bounty?}
Translation from the ayat: Ataukah mereka dengki kepada manusia (Muhammad) karena karunia yang telah diberikan Allah kepadanya?
(Surah An-Nisa’,ayat 54).
4) Turning away from the remembrance of Allah:
{….verily, for him is a life of hardship….}
Translation from the ayat: maka sungguh, dia akan menjalani kehidupan yang sempit). (Surah Taha,ayat 124).

Don't Be Angry

Are you feel angry anymore?? What is the same between angry and anger?

Anger is one of the factors that cause depression and sadness. The following are some ways of controlling your anger:

1) Combat feelings of anger as if anger itself is your enemy.
2) Make ablution. Since anger is an member of the fire, it can be extinguished by water.
3) If you are standing, sit; and if you are sitting, lie down.
4) When you are angry, remain silent.
5) Remind yourself of the rewards of those who repress their anger and of those who forgive.

Three mistakes that are common in our everyday lives

1) Wasting time.
2) Talking about matters that dont concern us, matters that are none of our business.
3) Being preoccupied with trivial issues. Listening to rumors, predictions, and gossip are three common examples. Having this characteristic results in paranoia,anxiety, and a lack of purpose in life.

Relief After Hardship

Hardship, no matter how great and far-reaching it becomes, never endures or lasts. Rather, the harsher and more difficulty one's circumstances become, the closer one comes to ease, comfort and relief. Then help and aid are forthcoming from Allah. Is not the end of every dark night a bright morning?

So, we must have to face all the hardship with our strong soul...
